Are you an experienced and driven financial professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? Decathlon is searching for a talented Financial Planning & Analysis Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the financial strategies of our Logistics and Circular Economy Business Units. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.

What we expect from you

• You love sports!

• You have FP&A experience and understand the principles of Circular Economy

• You have management experience

• You are passionate about Sustainability and understand the need for customer convenience

• You are eager to learn and love challenges

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of effectively partnering with cross-functional teams

• You are pro-active, and you take initiatives easily

• You are passionate about sports

• You are fluent in English, Dutch language skills are a plus
